We are immensely proud of our Year 11 cohort, making GCSE Results Day an occasion we had all been eagerly anticipating. Having missed out on their primary school celebrations due to the pandemic while in Year 6, this resilient group has been making up for lost time ever since – and today, we had plenty to celebrate!
Academic progress across the board
Academic progress was outstanding across the board, with 30% of all grades achieved at 9 to 7, and 84% falling within the 9 to 5 range. Once again, our students demonstrated exceptional growth, securing an average progress score of 0.8. This means that, on average, every student achieved nearly a full grade higher than predicted by their Year 7 baseline scores. Among many stellar performances, a notable number of pupils earned a complete set of grades 8 and 9.
We are so excited to see what these wonderful young women will accomplish next as they take the step up into the Belvedere Sixth Form!
