The Finance Office is open from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 3.30pm and Friday, 8.30am – 2.30pm during term time, and at periods during the school holidays.
The Finance Department deals with:
- Information on ParentPay
- Locker Hire
- Payment of lunches/cashless system
- Free School Meals
- Parental Contribution
- Sixth Form Bursary

Free School Meals
As of the 1st August 2026, the Department for Education is introducing changes to the eligibility criteria and associated processes for Free School Meals. This includes the end of transitional protections and the requirement to reassess both existing recipients and new applicants under the revised criteria. Currently, the academy has not been informed of what the new guidance will be. Please keep checking the academy’s website for further updates.
